Danny Young is one of the UK's most exciting culinary talents and a National Chef of the Year winner, celebrated for his precise, modern cooking rooted in seasonality and outstanding British produce. He began his culinary journey as an apprentice under Nigel at just 15 years old, arriving at Northcote on his first day having been dropped off by his grandad. Over the next ten years, Danny worked his way through the kitchen to become Head Chef, and we're incredibly proud to welcome him from his current home at 1887 at Torridon, on Scotland's west coast, for this special occasion.
