Old-school comedian Billy never felt at home on dry land and has spent years entertaining passengers on cruise liners around the world. But new management means a new wave of on board entertainment, with 'alternative' comedians and 'reality TV' stars setting sail for new shores.
Trapped in his cabin, Billy hatches a plan to show he's still worth something and prove once and for all that he's not washed up…
