Come and join us on our second retreat at Theodore House. Our first reteat here was in July 2021, and involved meditation sessions, breathwork, yoga, tai chi, sound healing, Rapid Transformational Therapy tasters sessions and more.
Our Autumn Retreat wil follow a similar format. All meals are included, along with comfortable en-suite private accommodation.
