An Introduction to the Creative Art of Papercutting
Seeing a hare gazing at the moon is meant to bring luck to anyone who catches a glimpse. Create your own luck in this half day workshop covering the basic skills of decorative paper cutting. Spend a relaxing session tuning out of the outside world whilst learning the techniques to create something beautiful from the simplest of materials, the humble sheet of paper.

You will be given the opportunity to sharpen your knife skills on some practice activities before moving on to produce your own framed hare to bring a bit of spring time warmth to your home all year round. You can expect to walk away at the end of the session with your own framed piece of paper cut artwork to proudly display in your own home or perfect as a gift for a loved one and Mother's Day is coming up too!

Don't worry no drawing skills are needed! You will be working on templates created by myself. All you need is a steady hand and a bit of patience! Suitable for beginners and more experienced cutters alike.

Tickets are £30pp and can be purchased from our tills department or by calling 01995 642980.
