Valentine's Weekend at The Whitehall Hotel

Join Whitehall for Valentine's Day.  A delicious meal available, as follows: 

Starter
Tomato and red pepper soup, served with warm sourdough.
Chicken caesar salad, crisp lettuce, grilled chicken, parmesan, croutons, and caesar dressing.
​​​​​​Gambas Pil Pil, succulent prawns sautéed in garlic, chili, and olive oil, served with garlic ciabatta fingers.
Garlic and truffle mushrooms, creamy mushrooms in garlic and truffle oil, served on toasted sourdough, topped with a perfectly poached egg.

Main
Sharing sirloin steak platter for two.  10oz of prime sirloin steak, served with chimichurri, triple-cut chips, rocket and parmesan salad, grilled tomatoes, and peppercorn sauce.
Chicken chasseur.  Tender chicken cooked in a rich tomato, mushroom, and white wine sauce, served with dauphinoise potatoes and buttered greens.
Beetroot wellington.  A delicious vegetarian alternative, featuring beetroot and mushroom wrapped in puff pastry, served with a spiced tomato sauce on a bed of roasted vegetables.

Dessert
Sharing trio of desserts.
Triple chocolate brownie bites with dipping chantilly cream and strawberries.
White chocolate and raspberry crème brûlée.
Eton mess with fresh berries, meringue, and whipped cream.
