The Taste Lancashire market is brought to you by Marketing Lancashire, part of their national and international Taste Lancashire activity to champion Lancashire’s superb food and drink.

From Michelin starred restaurants and some of the country’s best dining pubs to producers and growers making award-winning products, Taste Lancashire promotes Lancashire as England’s tastiest county.

The Taste Lancashire market promises world-renowned gins from across the county, award winning cheeses, delicious baked goods, as well as honey, fudge and other tasty treats from The Bee Centre.

Over the weekend you can meet the following producers: The Laythams Family of Cheeses, The Bee Centre, Calyx Drink, Mrs Dowsons Ice Cream, Leagram Organic Dairy, Goosnargh Gin, Lone Wolf Baker, Heritage Kitchen Range of Preserves, Jonah's Coffee, The Cereal Box, Bowland Food Hall.
