Stride Through Nature at Brockholes Reserve

New for 2025.  Join a guided walk leader for a Stride through Nature walk, designed with wellbeing and fitness in mind.

Spending time outdoors is linked to reducing levels of stress, improving mood and restoring mental energy, whilst walking in nature is shown to improve cardiovascular health, your immune system and help lower blood pressure.

The walk will be 'lightly lead' with one stop half way round and plenty of time to chat to others as we walk.  Doing outdoor activities as part of a group can foster a sense of community and increase social connections.
