We are delighted to once again be teaming up with professional, wild food forager and creative chef, Craig Worrall, of @Edible Leeds & @4 Wild Seasons, to celebrate the rich diversity of fantastic, seasonal produce that Lancashire has to offer.
Taking place on Sunday, October 2nd in the Ribble Valley, the forage will be a unique opportunity to explore a wide range of seasonal wild foods adorning the hedgerows, meadows and woodland at this time of year, including; berries, fruits, roots, shoots, seeds, fungi and aromatics.
Guests will actively take part in the gathering of some wild foods and those will be included in the optional 5 course meal, cooked and prepared by Maurizio and Craig, back at La Locanda later that evening.
Forage, forage & dine or simply dine.
