Join us for a walk through beautiful Bowland farmland while learning about some of our most iconic wading birds.
The UK holds internationally important numbers of these species, which return to the uplands each spring to breed. Birds to look out for include Curlew, Lapwing, Redshank, Oystercatcher and Snipe.
We will discuss the breeding and habitat requirements of these farmland birds and learn about the many farmers in Bowland who are working to protect and enhance their farm habitats.
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
