Remembrance Sunday is a national opportunity to remember the service and sacrifice of all those that have defended our freedoms and protected our way of life.
Please join the Right Worshipful Mayor of Preston, veterans, armed forces and others, in gathering around the Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday. A parade of armed forces members, both current and veterans, cadets, dignitaries and others will walk around the city centre, ending at the Flag Market. At the end of Sunday's service, there will be an opportunity for the public to lay a wreath at the Cenotaph.
