A dance, music and circus micro-festival in Preston for Summer 2021.

Join in this glorious day in Preston for a celebratory, summer micro-festival.  Featuring a medley of entertainment, jam-packed with dance, live music and circus!  ​​​​​Expect anything from aerial dance to live folk music, from clog dancing to stilt walking.

Located by the cafe in Avenham Park.
The day is split into four sessions, you may book for any single session or all:

12:00 - 13:30 Swing, Beats 'n' Grooves
13:45 - 15:30 Shuffle 'n' Skip
15:45 - 17:30 Roundabout
19:00 - 20:00 Oracle

Road Directions

Avenham and Miller Parks are located in the heart of the city centre, less than 5 minutes walk from the railway station and only 10 minutes from the bus station.A 40-space car park is available at the end of South Meadow Lane (opposite the Continental Pub), just 30 metres away from the entrance to Miller Park. Alternatively, follow the signs to the Avenham Car Park in the city centre, from there it’s a short walk to the park. Use postcode PR1 3XA.Alternative parking is available at the Fishergate Shopping Centre and the Bus Station Car Park.

Public Transport Directions

Exit the railway station and turn right onto Fishergate. Walk into the city past the Fishergate Shopping Centre until you reach Chapel Street on your right. Turn down Chapel Street and walk along the western side of Winckley Square (a lovely Georgian feature of the city) past the restaurant. The Ribblesdale Place entrance to the park is about 50m further on, and takes you onto Avenham Park.
