Looking for a fun and memorable pony riding experience for children and young people?
Pony rides at HAPPA offer a safe, enjoyable introduction to riding while supporting equine welfare.
Taking place at Shores Hey Farm, pony rides are available for £10 per rider and are led by our experienced and knowledgeable equine team. Riders are carefully matched with a suitable pony, ensuring a positive and confidence-building experience.
All proceeds from pony rides directly support the care, rehabilitation, and long-term welfare of the horses and ponies at Horses and Ponies Protection Association.

A supervised pony ride
Safety briefing before riding
Hat fitting provided
Support from trained and experienced staff

£10 per rider
Ages 6 – 18 years
Please book at reception on arrival
Important Information
Riders must wear suitable footwear
No open-toe shoes permitted
Long hair should be tied back securely
