If you've been to a beginners' session, this is a great chance to practice your Nordic walking techniques in the lovely spring-time surroundings of the Lune Millennium Park.
Helen Dixon will lead a walk along the old Wennington to Lancaster railway line and back across the fields, where you can stretch out without having to tackle too many gradients!
Poles will be provided but do bring your own if you have them.
(Face to face events will be subject to any coronavirus guidelines/restrictions which may bein place at the time.)
