A free family fun event promises to be a fantastic day of immersive theatre, music, dancing, stilt walkers, magic shows and delicious street food.
This exciting event celebrates the coronation of King Charles III and it provides the perfect opportunity for families to come together and celebrate this historic occasion in a fun and interactive way. Visitors can expect to be entertained throughout the day with a fantastic line-up of performances and activities. The immersive theatre experience will transport attendees to Victorian times, with costumed actors bringing the era to life on Darwen Market Square. The music and dancing performances will provide the perfect soundtrack to the day, while stilt walkers will amaze audiences with their incredible talents. To add to the excitement, there will also be a magic show featuring one of the best magicians in the area. No street party would be complete without some delicious food to keep you going throughout the day. The street food vendors will be serving up a variety of tasty treats to satisfy all cravings.

Darwen Market Square is located at the heart of the town centre, just off the A666 and is easily accessible for pedestrians, cars, bike, bus and train.
