Celebrate the Festival of Archaeology 2025 and book your young archaeologists (age 7+) onto one of our kid's workshops where they can unearth and rebuild artefacts. Each young archaeologist will receive their very own certificate to take away, too!
Dig Pits sessions will run at 11.30am and 1.30pm. Sessions last around 45 minutes.
Dig Pit activities are free but places are limited so booking is essential. Please book online or phone, email, or call in at the museum shop for more information.
Doors open for registration at 11.15 and 13.15. Sessions will start at 11.30 and 1.30 prompt. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Clitheroe Castle Museum is managed by Lancashire County Council's Museum Service on behalf of Ribble Valley Borough Council.
