Arriving at 10am, I will have coffee & fresh scones ready while we get to know each other and go through what we will be making during the day.
Throughout the day you will be working to produce some of our all time autumn favourites such as Quiche, Sausage plait, scotch eggs, pate & a traybake/cake . We will then enjoy a sociable lunch with refreshments.
We will finish at around 2.30pm with a cup of tea and cake and reflect on the day's achievements and add anything you may need to your recipe file which you will take home.
Due to social distancing I am only able to take 4 people working at individual workstations.
