Matt Hunter

Feast Through The Seasons: A Cooking Demo on Friday, 20th March at 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Join us for a cooking demo with Checks & Greys’ own Matt Hunter in the newly refurbished Checks & Greys café space. Matt will be cooking up a feast for you using local, seasonal produce whilst teaching you how to make it at home – and best of all, you get to eat what’s made as a two-course meal!

Menu:

Main Course

Slow-Cooked Lamb Shoulder with Goat’s Cheese Colcannon, Pickled Red Onion, Baby Gem & Minted Gravy

Dessert

The Famous Vegan Chocolate Mousse with Salted Caramel Ice Cream…(a great trick to have up your sleeve for dinner parties!)

Tickets are £20 per person*. Ticket price includes snacks & drink on arrival, main course & dessert, and recipe sheets to take away with you. 10% of ticket sales go to support the work of the Wish Centre, tackling domestic abuse.

To booking online Select 20th March and the timeslot 6.30pm, then select the ‘Feast Through The Seasons’ option. Please mention any dietary requirements, intolerances or allergies in the reservation notes (we will do our best to cater for these). Please also let us know if any members of the party would prefer a non-alcoholic arrival drink.
