Darwen Lights Switch On and Festive Markets

It's the biggest and best event in Darwen's yearly calendar, the legendary Christmas lights switch on and festive markets.

Building on the huge success of the 'best-ever' Christmas lights switch on in 2023, K-Klass will be performing their 90's hits Rhythm is a Mystery and Let Me Show You.  The 90's electro dance group K-Klass have headlined festivals all over the globe, and now they're bringing legendary tracks to Darwen Market Square.  Whether K-Klass will have you reliving your 90's party days, or give you a taste of a music scene before your time, they're sure to get everyone feeling the rhythm and showing off their best house dance moves.

K-Klass are the icing on the cake of an entire day packed full of quality festive family fun.  Entertainment will begin at 10:00, with a vibrant mix of acts on the main stage and around the market square, alongside Crafty Vintage festive markets, fairground rides, delicious food and much, much more.

So get it in your diary, share with friends and family, and start looking forward to a gloriously festive day for the whole family on Darwen Market Square.
