You are invited to join the celebration of diversity and inclusion at the 2024 Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde Pride Festival.
Together we are Stronger is the theme for this year's festival.
Pride festivals are not just events, they are celebrations of love, acceptance, and solidarity within our communities. They stand as beacons of support for LGBTQ+ individuals, advocating for equality and embracing the rich tapestry of identities that make our society beautiful.
This year’s festival promises to be a memorable one. Blackpool is known for being the ‘Gay Capital of the North’. Numerous pubs, clubs, hotels, shops, community centres, and more serve the LGBTQ+ community. A large section of the LGBTQ+ scene is concentrated around Queen Street and the surrounding streets, but there is a much wider selection of venues and service providers spread across the whole town and beyond.
Acts performing include Natasha Hamilton, Cheeky Girls, Herhouse DJ Collective and Baga Chips.
