What happens when Agrichef Maurizio takes beer beyond the glass? You get handmade bread, gnocchi, seafood, meat dishes and even chocolate desserts, all infused with the character of ANIMA beer. Balanced. Earthy. Full of life. Maurizio will take you on a journey through flavour, where every dish tells a story and every sip deepens it.
With relaxed summer sounds by the Alsreco-Due, playing live from 18:30, this will be a Sunday to savour.
