Walk down memory lane or, if you are not old enough to do that, come along to this exhibition to see how your parents or grandparents lived in the 1950s. There are seven beautiful exhibition boards showing how national events impacted the lives of people in Preston. The themes covered include Baby Boomers, Teenage Identity, Preston Holidays - Wakes Weeks, Cinema, PNE, 1952 Preston Guild and much more. The exhibition starts on Thursday 9th until 18th June at Central Methodist Church, Lune Street. Opening times: Monday 8-1; Tuesday-Friday 10-1; Saturday 9-12.
Enjoy a cuppa in the Olive Grove coffee shop and take your time with the exhibition.
