Join 1842 for an unforgettable evening of bold flavours, indulgent plates, and modern Asian-inspired dining.  The Asian Fusion Set Menu Night is a specially curated six-course tasting experience designed to take you on a journey through vibrant street-food favourites and elevated gastro-style dishes.

Begin the night with the signature Cherry Blossom cocktail (with a non-alcoholic option available), before enjoying a series of carefully crafted courses, featuring everything from duck bonbons and gyoza to teriyaki salmon or tofu, finishing with a rich and indulgent dessert of gulab jamun honey doughnuts  Perfect for food lovers, date nights, and groups looking for something different.  This is a one-night dining experience that blends comfort, creativity, and flavour in every course.

Vegetarian options available throughout.  Limited spaces available, so booking recommended.

Course one: the cocktail Cherry Blossom (non alcoholic version available).

Course two: duck bonbon, hoi sin and spring onion or vegetable gyoza, chilli and soy.

Course three:  chicken spring rolls, chilli and lime jam or vegetable spring rolls, chilli and lime jam.

Course four: teriyaki almon, pak choi and ginger or teriyaki tofu, pak choi and ginger.

Course five: sirloin steak, Japanese garlic butter or cauliflower steak, Japanese garlic butter.

Course six: dessert, gulab jamun honey doughnuts.
