Our events pop up everywhere
Spot On is Lancashire’s rural touring network. Every year we work with local communities who live in rural Lancashire. From as far and wide as Slaidburn to Thornton and Scarisbrick to Barnoldswick; we enable people to enjoy high quality professional arts events on their doorstep.

We pop up in over 40 little spaces, and community venues all over the countryside and, for one night only, turn each venue into a little theatre. Spot On events are exactly the same as seeing a professional children’s show, theatre production, or live music event in a city or town, except you are enjoying the show in a space run by our wonderful volunteers who are passionate about what they do. With affordable car parking nearby, and nearly always the chance for a meal before, or a pint afterwards; we offer a great night out on a doorstep near you. Some of our venues even include food in the ticket price, or encourage you to bring your own drinks.

This autumn, we have wonderful shows for children as part of the Big Imaginations Festival, international artists from Germany, The Czech Republic and Italy and an exciting indoor show for all the family by established street artists Artizani and Avanti Display.

If you are a regular fan of Spot On events, bring a friend along and introduce them to one of our shows. If you’ve never been before- be brave! They won’t hurt and you may find a hidden treasure to make your visit more memorable. If you have time, you could combine a show with a walk locally and get to know a new corner of the county.

All our events and venues are different so we suggest you visit our website www.spotonlancashire.co.uk to find out more about a show nearby and more practical details, such as ticket prices, directions and facilities.

For a brochure through your door, just call us or email us, or you can easily subscribe to our e-bulletin via our website.
