Gin and beer house with original 18th Century distillery and secret vaulted cellar.  For a unique taste and dining experience enjoy the inspired world fusion of food.

PLAU has one of Preston’s largest selections of craft and cask beer. A selection of house lagers and ciders are always available and addition to a continuously rotating craft selection. Take a look at the live beer board to see what current ales are on tap.
