Cast Iron Grill is all about fresh, seasonal ingredients, traditional flavour combinations and time honoured cooking methods. In other words, food people love to eat.
Located within the Preston Marriott Hotel, the Cast Iron Grill and Brew Bar Lounge, serve light bites as well as hearty meals. On our menu you’ll find old school classics, much loved favourites from around the world, and interesting new creations, made with ingredients that were meant to be together. And don’t forget our tender, big-flavoured steaks – made from 28-day aged cuts of premium British beef. All that before we even get to dessert. Dine Al Fresco, and indulge in our selection of gins and local beers.
