Wellness Wednesday Session - Gut Health & Fermenting
Gut Health & Fermenting

You have many bacteria in your body. In fact, you have more of them than you have cells. Most are good for you. The ones found in your gut not only help you digest foods, they work all over your body and can be good for your physical and mental health. In this Wellness Wednesday session Sarah will discuss how to improve your gut microbiome and how naturally fermented foods can give your body a dose of healthy probiotics, which are live microorganisms crucial to healthy digestion.
You will be given a list of recommended reading and a free gift, then we will finish the session with a delicious Bowland Buddha Bowl and a ginger shot.
