Preventative Health & Menopause

In the third instalment of Wellness Wednesday we will be discussing Preventative health and the Menopause, where we will look at steps we can take now to prevent ill health through understanding how healthy lifestyle and eating has a positive impact on your wellbeing. We will also be looking at menopause, and how to navigate through the process, understanding the importance of a nourishing diet through this change of life period and the benefits of self care.

You will be given a list of recommended reading and a free gift, then we will finish the session with a delicious Bowland Buddha Bowl and a ginger shot.
