The Intrudors

Step back in time to the 17th century, where secrecy, deception, and survival intertwine in a high-stakes game. Welcome to The inTrUDORS — a gripping immersive experience set within the atmospheric chambers and vast grounds of Samlesbury Hall, a 14th-century manor with a dark, turbulent past.

In this intense, multi-layered adventure, 30 players are placed into two factions of unknown number: the Priests, who seek to evade the priest hunters, and the Intrudors — the priest hunters bent on uncovering and sabotaging their every move. But there’s a catch: No one knows who’s who. The Intrudors blend seamlessly among the Priests, hidden in plain sight, manipulating and sabotaging efforts to gather crucial information. Meanwhile, the Priests must rely on their wits and teamwork to solve puzzles, unearth secrets, and stay one step ahead in a race against time.

The game unfolds across three interactive role-playing Timeslips, each one transporting you to a different chapter of the 17th century. Explore the shadowed corridors and storied rooms of Samlesbury Hall, encountering some of history’s most infamous figures — Sir Francis Drake, Queen Elizabeth I, William Shakespeare, Father Cuthbert, Doctor John Dee, Matthew Hopkins, Jane Southworth, Guido Fawkes, Thomas Cromwell, and Cardinal Wolsey. Each character offers cryptic riddles and challenges that hold the keys to progressing through the game. Solve their puzzles and gain the vital information needed to outwit your opponents — but failure could mean the loss of your chance at victory.

With each Timeslip, the clock is ticking. The pressure builds as players rush to solve complex puzzles before time runs out. For the Priests, survival means escaping the Intrudors‘ sabotage and securing the vital information they need. For the Intrudors, it’s a race to stop the Priests and claim victory by secretly ensuring the Priests do not solve the clues and riddles in time.

At the climax of the game, after three heart-pounding Timeslips, both factions must confront the final end game. Will the Priests solve the ultimate enigma and become champions? Or will the Intrudors seize the moment and emerge victorious?

The winning team will be awarded the Seal of Championship — a testament to their cunning, strategy, and collaboration.

Prepare for a gripping adventure where trust is non-existent, strategy is paramount, and every decision could tip the balance of power. Who will you trust? Who will you betray? In The inTrUDORS, the lines between ally and adversary blur, and every moment counts…
