Thirst Class Ale was set up in 2014 when the founder, multi-award winning homebrewer Richard Conway, decided to try his hand at making beer commercially. Starting out part time on a home built 300 litre brew kit in a small unit in Stockport proved successful and the beers started flying out! A year later Richard took out a lease on a bigger unit, upgraded to a 10 barrel kit, quit his day job and never looked back.
Thirst Class are passionate about beer with a loose core range of beers that they brew time and time again alongside regular one off specials and collaborations.
Thirst Class will be joining us in the intimate setting of the Chimney Room nestled inside Bowland Beer Hall for a Q & A with the expert Brewers, plenty of beer tasters & delicious Beer Hall tucker.
