Join us for a gentle, nourishing afternoon honouring the Snowdrop, a symbol of renewal, hope and the returning light. This gathering is inspired by the energy of St Brigid, goddess and saint of light, creativity, healing and the hearth.
Held in soft candlelight and fairy lights, with snowdrops displayed as living symbols of resilience and quiet strength, this workshop offers a beautiful space to pause, reflect and reconnect as the seasons begin to shift.
We will begin with a warm Opening Circle, where Claire will share the story and spirit of St Brigid, while everyone enjoys soothing herbal teas of nettle, chamomile or mint.
Together we will move into gentle reflection and group discussion, exploring the question:
"What is gently waking up in me this spring?"
You will then be guided through a 20-minute grounding meditation, allowing the body and mind to settle and open.
From this place of calm, we will flow into a Snowdrop-inspired mixed media art session. This is a free, intuitive creative process where you will create your own artwork on high-grade paper using watercolours, tissue, felt, white paper and a variety of mixed materials. No art experience is needed, only a willingness to explore.
This is a calm, supportive and nurturing space to welcome the new season with intention, creativity and connection.
Spaces are limited to keep the gathering intimate.
