CREEP IT REAL THIS HALLOWEEN AT BLACKPOOL PLEASURE BEACH'S SCREAM SCREEN
Ahead of Halloween, the UK's favourite amusement park, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, is launching a spook-tacular drive in cinema, Scream Screen. Inviting the public into a world of the unknown, the cinema will be running from the 27th to 31st of October. Hosting six screenings, following last year's skell-out event, the park's attitude is the morgue the merrier!
Scream Screen is guaranteed to bring a fright, with hair-raising film choices that will horrify the creepiest of critics, including The Conjuring, Saw and Candyman, leaving you with a #restingwitchface.
Ensuring there's something for everyone, the park will also be hosting a screening of all-time family favourite, Hocus Pocus. A full list of screenings and timings can be found below:
• Sunday 27th October at 8:30pm, Candyman
• Monday 28th October at 8:30pm, The Conjuring
• Tuesday 29th October at 8:30pm, Saw
• Wednesday 30th October at 6.45pm, Hocus Pocus
• Wednesday 30th October at 9:30pm, The Exorcist
• Thursday 31st of October at 8:30pm, Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Another terrifying twist involves creepy characters joining the screenings and surprising guests when they least expect it, adding to the fear factor. When arriving for the unnerving experience, attendees are asked to show or quote their boo-king reference to the car park attendant, plus their name and postcode. An attendant will then give out the radio frequency for visitors to tune into their car. Further directions will be given on the parking of vehicles.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early to guarantee enough time to get the best possible cinema experience. Snacks such as popcorn, hotdogs and a range of drinks will be available to purchase on site. Scream Screen is part of a wider programme of horrifying Halloween events at the park's ever-popular Vampire Beach.
