We are delighted that local children's writer Rachel Helen, author of the Pendle Witch Trilogy will be back at Clitheroe Castle Museum during the Halloween half term.Meet Rachel and find out more about her latest book, "The Highwayman of Hurst Green." The book is inspired by local tales of highwayman Ned King, whose spirit reputedly rides on horseback along the roads of the village and had supposedly haunted the now-demolished Punchbowl Inn. Get comfortable and listen to selected readings at 12.30 and 2pm. If you like what you hear you can buy your very own signed copy to take away.
