Kati Jones from The ThymeLime is a certified health and well-being coach in integrative nutrition as well as being extensively trained and experienced in breathwork, emotional health, and currently completing brain health and yin yoga courses. Her work focuses on the body, inside out. Our digestive, hormonal, nervous and immune systems are all interconnected and deserve full attention and awareness. Through simple, enjoyable mindfulness practices and breathwork techniques, you'll have the opportunity to cultivate presence, resilience, and inner peace, setting the stage for healing, balance, and self-discovery.
