In June the castle grounds are teeming with tiny creatures enjoying the warmer weather, making it the perfect time to get curious and explore the wonderful world of mini beasts! Come and celebrate the tiny creatures that make our world extraordinary!
In the museum your young explorers can search for the marvellous mini beasts hidden in the galleries and enter our competition draw for the chance to win a goody bag packed with brilliant souvenirs from our shop!
Children can get creative with our mini beast crafts and make their very own mini bug wand to take home (£2). Plus, there are free activity sheets and a cosy reading corner to explore. Museum admission does not apply to take part in crafts.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
Clitheroe Castle Museum is managed by Lancashire County Council's Museum Service on behalf of Ribble Valley Borough Council and is part of Lancashire County Council's Cultural Services.
