Marsh Mill in Wyre Celebrates its 225th Birthday!
Come and Join us for a weekend of Family Fun
Marsh Mill (Grade II*) is one of the tallest windmills in Europe and its having a birthday on 19th and 20th October 2019
Marsh Mill, built in 1794 is aTower Mill, one of the best in the UK with working machinery. It offers a unique introduction to milling of a bygone age. There are tours to enjoy and artefacts to see aswell as workshops and events throughout the year. Childrens activities during school holidays and special events. The mill is set in the centre of Marsh Mill village with shops, tea rooms and restaurants. .
There is a small admission charge to the Mill which includes a tour, kiddies crafting, exhibitions and access to the ground floor interpretation.
