Slow braised beef shin medalion with creamed mash, honey and tarragon carrot, pancetta, mushroom and baby onion gravy, fine beans (gfa); Herb crusted salmon fillet, butternut squash purée, potato gratin, dried tomatoes, tenderstem broccoli, dill and lemon butter sauce (gfa) or Cauliflower and chickpea balti flo parcel, coconut curry sauce, basmati rice, pak choi and tenderstem broccoli (ve).
