Gin Dinner in Association with Cuckoo Gin

Enjoy an evening at Samlesbury Hall for a delicious five course meal. Relax in the grandeur of the great Hall whilst sampling the finest local produce, prepared by our award winning chefs. The makers of Cuckoo Gin will be here to offer an insight into the distilling process and how our local bees from the Bee Centre play a part in the making of their award winning gins.
On arrival be greeted with a Gin Smash cocktail - Cuckoo's signature gin with lemon, mint and green tea.
Canapes - to accompany the cocktail will be in the Parlour or the sunny courtyard, a selection of
Goats Cheese and Watermelon, Chicken Liver Parfait, toasted brioche, bacon jam, marinated olives.

To Begin... Cuckoo Gin Cured Salmon, Apple Cucumber, Lemon Verbena, Tonka Bean Mayonaise.
Accompanied by Cuckoo's signature gin.
To Follow...Trio of Pork, Pressed Belly, Charred Fillet and Crispy Ham Croquette served with Rosti, cauliflower Puree and Sprouting Broccoli.
Accompanied by Cuckoo's spiced gin
To Finish... Warm Bluberry Bakewell Tart, Picked Blueberries, Clotted Cream, Samlesbury Honey.
Accompanied by Cuckoo's Sunshine gin (flavoured using honey from our very own bees)
Followed by tea/coffee and petit fours.
