A 3-3.5 mile ciruclar Nordic walk from Garstang. Open to all Nordic walkers but aimed at novice Nordic walkers. A chance to practice your technique on good paths. Poles can be provided. Please note you must have attended a Taster Nordic Walk before you can take part in a Novice Nordic Walk. To find out more, email nordicwyre@gmail.com.

Grade: easy (relatively level ground, fields, lanes and tracks, possibly with some gentle slopes, stiles or livestock).
Bring: walking shoes or trainers, clothing to suit the weather and a drink.
