Join Stacey McKenna-Seed, from Rewilding Outdoor Therapy, for a magical evening of forest bathing.
Stacey is an outdoor counselling therapist whose approach focuses on the mind-body-nature connection to empower and build resilience. On this spring-time event you'll experience the atmospheric surroundings of Gisburn Forest on the cusp between daylight and dark.
The Japanese practise of Shinrin-yoku is the simple method of being calm and quiet amongst trees, observing nature whilst engaging the senses.
And as it may be a little chilly in April, we'll be able to warm up around the fire pit, thanks to the Forestry England team.
This event is for participants of 18 years old and over.
£10 per person.
Booking essential. Please email sandra.silk@lancashire.gov.uk or phone 07973 923142.
