The Japanese practise of Shinrin-yoku is the simple method of being calm and quiet amongst trees, observing nature whilst engaging the senses. And as it may be a little chilly in April, we'll be able to warm up around the fire pit, thanks to the Forestry England team.
This event is for participants of 18 years old and over.
£10 per person. (Some uneven ground.)
Booking essential. For more information, and to book, please email sandra.silk@lancashire.gov.uk or phone 07973 923142.
