A Bowland Dark Skies Festival event.
This time of year is fantastic for Dark Skies events and they're the perfect opportunity to gain inspiration for this creative workshop with Hornby artist, Anne Somers.
Join Anne for an absorbing and fun afternoon as she guides you through the fused glass process to create your very own piece. Our theme will be all things nocturnal - wildlife, starscapes, twilight landscapes..... and our palette will reflect the colours of the beautiful night-time world which, thanks to relative lack of light pollution, we're so lucky to enjoy in this area.
Booking essential. Please email sandra.silk@lancashire.gov.uk or phone 07973 923142.
All tuition and materials provided.
£15 per person.
(Finished pieces can be collected directly from Anne's studio in Hornby after kiln firing, or participants can pay an additional amount to have their finished work posted out.)
