Mike Fenton, whose father served in No.4 R.A.F. Beach Squadron, hosts an informative talk on how the R.A.F. Combined Operations units, that started landing with the first wave of troops on the Beaches helped establish the 2nd Tactical Airforce in Normandy, just beyond the Beach Head.
Mike has spent many years visiting Normandy and his fathers stories and those of his colleagues is a tale not often told.
Tickets include complimentary hot/cold drink at the interval. Only a small number of tickets are available.
