Creatival Event

FREE Creatival event coming to Wyre this spring!
Wyre Council is hosting a FREE creative arts festival at Fleetwood Market and Cleveleys Plaza this month.
Creatival is a brand new artistic event packed full of performing arts, exciting interactive workshops, live music, entertainment and more on Saturday 26 March.
Taking place across two locations in Wyre, visitors will experience incredible performers, take part in hands-on art and craft workshops and get to enjoy some live music too, all completely free.
The event begins at 10am at Fleetwood Market with free artistic workshops and performances from a variety of brilliant interactive acts, including the hilarious Dancing Grannies, Giant Seagulls, Angie Mack, Dan the Hat, Skiband, Jones and Bernard and more!
Activities will also take place in Cleveleys at the Plaza, located at the top of Victoria Road on the promenade. With special performances from 2pm until 4pm from the dynamic and creative performers. There will be crowd interaction, live music and hilarious comic antics, with something for everyone to enjoy!
The free art workshops taking place at Fleetwood Market all day are perfect for budding artists or anyone who enjoys getting creative. Visitors will get to make their own slime, sock puppets and even create a moving, drawing robot! Participants will get to take home and treasure the art they create too.
The workshops at Fleetwood Market will be split into sessions and entry will be offered on a first come first serve basis. Parents can help, watch or shop in the Market whilst the kids get to be creative, learn new artistic skills and most importantly have lots of fun!
Fleetwood Market –
• 10am – 4pm Draw Bots, Slime & Sock Puppet workshops.
• 11am – 2.30pm Interactive street performers
Cleveleys Plaza –
• 2pm – 4pm Interactive street performers
