Barnoldswick in Wonderland

Barnoldswick magically comes to life for a second year of Barnoldswick in Wonderland.

Fans of Lewis Carroll's timeless classic, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, are in for a treat as Barnoldswick town centre transforms into a whimsical wonderland for an immersive experience like no other.

The event, inspired by the beloved tale, will take place in the town square and surrounding venues.  Attendees will journey down the rabbit hole alongside Alice and explore a fantastical world of talking animals and eccentric characters, including the Mad Hatter, the Queen of Hearts and the White Rabbit.

Guests will be able to interact with the characters and participate in a range of activities, from playing flamingo croquet with the Queen of Hearts to enjoying a tea party and etiquette lessons with Alice.  Attendees will also be able to explore their creativity with multiple activities and immerse themselves in interactive trail inspired by the book.  Accompanying the event is a wonderful makers market and free children's rides.

This free event is suitable for all ages and promises to be a fun-filled day out for families, friends, and fans of the book.  Some of the activities have to be booked on the day at the town square information point, on a first come first served basis and are expected to fill up quickly.
