The magic of Barnoldswick Switch-on 2022 continues as we enter the festive season.
Following the success of last year's Winter Solstice market, we have collaborated with RHS Artisan markets to bring you a 2-day Christmas market experience. Expect a range of traditional, personalised gifts, culinary delights, spiced cider and produce from local traders.
In true Barnoldswick style, there will be a programme of live music and entertainment to really enhance the atmosphere of Christmas shopping!
On Saturday there will be a pop-up nativity booth, hosted by Hope Barnoldswick, there will be plenty of photo opportunities!
In the square there will be performances from the infamous Barnoldswick Brass Band, Sounds traditional, Uke & Sing, Giz & Pendle Music School & James Parkinson and students. We will be visited by Alfie the naughty elf from the north pole for fun & games.
Grab yourself a Santa hat and take part in "The 12 days of Christmas" trail. Visit shops around the town to solve the clues for a very special message and a gift at the end. Vote for your favourite Christmas display entry along the way.
And to make the day really magical, there will be children's Christmas crafts under the gazebo where you can make a snow globe along with other creative activities . . .
