Browsholme Hall is an exclusive private wedding venue in the heart of the Ribble Valley, steeped in history. Lived in by the Parker Family for 500 years and the oldest surviving home in Lancashire. this is the ultimate romantic wedding venue. The Hall’s Regency Drawing Room can be used to host civil ceremonies and partnerships for up to 60 guests. The surrounding gardens, lakeside and parkland are available to you and provide a stunning backdrop for beautiful, timeless images of your day.
The historic Tithe Barn, close to the Hall, has undergone a restoration, carefully retaining its original features, whilst creating a new and unique wedding venue. The Tithe Barn has a civil licence for up to 120 guests and can accommodate up to 180 for an evening reception. You will have a choice of two dedicated five star caterers ,With a Twist or Twelve, in whom the management has greatest confidence to provide the highest quality food and a very special menu for your wedding day. Both are very experienced caterers who will look forward to discussing with you the food you would like to offer your guests.
Traditional features in the Tithe Barn include flagstone floors and oak timber throughout, which have been seamlessly integrated with the latest sound, lighting and visual technology, coupled with eco-friendly energy efficient heating.
Browsholme don’t have a standard format. They want to hear your thoughts and dreams in order to create your perfect wedding day. The style of menu, decorations, flowers, cocktails, wine, music and other entertainment is your choice. The neighbouring Mews Cottage is a perfect place for the bride and groom to escape for their wedding night.
