Crumbly Lancashire CheeseCrumbly Lancashire Cheese Trail

Crumbly Lancashire is the most recent addition to the family of Lancashire cheeses. It was created in the 1960s as a lighter more acidic cheese and, unlike Creamy and Tasty, is made from the curds of one day's milking.
