Meet Cath from The Bee Centre, this Preston based initiative produces the finest pure honey that Lancashire has to offer. One of the honey types are even used to create Lancashire Gin maker Cuckoo's Sunshine Gin!
Great for this time of year, the pots of honey are packed with pollen which really helps hayfever sufferers. And here's a fun fact from Cath, it takes the whole lifetime of 12 Bees to make just 1 teaspoon of honey!
