To kick off, the Summer Season Cookery day is devoted to learning new ways of making the most out of this season's ingredients, whether your planning to cook indoors or sizzle on the BBQ for some alfresco dining. So whatever your ability you are guaranteed an entertaining and rewarding lesson in how to tantalise your taste buds.

Join Nigel on his Summer Season Cookery Day where you will be welcomed with a morning cup of tea and coffee followed by Nigel's demonstration and passionate talk about regional food. The demonstration will be followed by an aperitif and two course lunch with coffee. Round off the day by visiting local producers who will be on hand to show off their seasonal ingredients and gives you the chance to sample some regional delights.

The Day

10.00am - Arrival for morning Tea, Coffee & Farmhouse Biscuits
10.15am - Nigel Haworth demonstrates summer seasonal dishes. Craig Bancroft will perfect some summer cocktails and give tips on food and wine matching
1.00pm - Aperitif followed by two course lunch and coffee
