With the Holiday Inn Blackpool opening its doors this May, RBH Hospitality Management has revealed brand new images of the new hotel and Marco’s New York Italian restaurant.

The images give guests a glimpse of what they can expect when they come to stay or dine in the four-star hotel in the coming months, from the amazing function room facilities to the stunning hotel lobby.

Alongside the new 144-bedroom hotel, the pictures also showcase Marco’s New York Italian restaurant which is situated on the ground floor. The restaurant is inspired by Pierre White’s Italian heritage and his love for New York, serving a mixture of Italian-inspired dishes and American classics including fresh pasta, handmade pizza, and steaks.

Speaking ahead of the opening in May, General Manager, Mark Winter, said: “We are so excited we’ve got the keys to the hotel so we can get all the final preparation finished ahead of opening our doors. The rooms and facilities are all looking amazing and it’s great to be able to share a glimpse of what our guests can expect with these latest pictures.

“We’ve fulfilled most of our roles thanks to our ‘Be More You’ recruitment campaign and we’ve got a talented team in place. We’ve still got exciting positions to fill so we do encourage people to visit our bespoke recruitment website, which lists the live opportunities on offer as well as roles that will open in the coming weeks at both the Holiday Inn Blackpool & Marco’s New York Italian restaurant.”

Cllr Mark Smith, Cabinet Member for Levelling Up (Place) at Blackpool Council, added: “The hotel and restaurant are a major phase in our redevelopment of the Talbot Gateway and our plans to make Blackpool better.

“It is a huge transformation to the first impression people get when they arrive in Blackpool and has created a huge range of jobs and opportunities for local people.

“In addition to the hotel and the jobs and business that brings, residents will also be able to enjoy a brand-new top-class restaurant.

“Once the hotel is open, we’ll be looking to open the new underpass to the station and tramway extension soon after.”
